The style of food is modern English Country House cuisine. Our Head Chef has been part of the team at Farlam for over 15 years and so continuity of quality and standards is assured.

We look after dinner guests from the moment they come down for dinner, or arrive at Farlam Hall.
Before dinner, we invite dinner guests to start their evening with a pre-dinner drink which can be chosen from a comprehensive list of apperifs, champagne cocktails and spirits, including local gins. Freshly made canapes are served individually to guests in one of the cosy lounges.
A comprehensive wine list ensures the perfect accompaniment to dinner can be selected. Wine selections await diners on their table so all is ready when they take their seats for the main event.
A four course dinner of starter, main, cheese and dessert is served, with each dish receiving the greatest of care from kitchen to table.
Handmade petits fours accompany tea and coffee to round off a perfect dining experience.
